What a clearing job includes
Priced per project, after we have walked it. No two sites in these mountains are the same, so we do not pretend to price them off a form.
Trees, stumps and root balls
Taken out properly rather than cut flush, so the ground is actually buildable afterwards.
Mulching or haul-off
Mulched in place where that suits the site, hauled off where it doesn't. Your call, priced either way.
Rough grade as we go
The site gets left level and drained, not a moonscape of ruts for someone else to fix.
Erosion control
Silt fence and basic stabilisation so the first hard rain doesn't undo the work.
We own the iron. That is the whole difference.
Nine machines, all ours
No waiting on a rental yard or another outfit's schedule. When we commit to a start date, the equipment is already sitting in our yard.

We work a 60-mile radius out of Nebo, NC, and that property falls outside the counties we can get equipment to reliably.
